This course is a great way to learn the basics of kinesiology in a fun, supportive and engaging environment. Sharon is fantastic teacher, very encouraging and has given me valuable tools to help myself. I recommend Kinergetics to anyone interested how to empower yourself, create an awareness of any blockages you may have, and clear them. It is a very supportive environment to express yourself.

I have been a client of Sharon’s since 2003. I do not really know what kinesiology is or how does it works, but I know it DOES work.

I started to see Sharon on the recommendation of a friend, not knowing what to expect. At the time I was feeling very down and depressed,  I just couldn’t see “the light at the end of the tunnel”. The thoughts that contaminated and plagued my life were somehow cleared and I suddenly saw things in a different light, a more positive one! Happiness only happened to others never me! Well I can tell you that I am now happily married and have two beautiful children. I came to Sharon Tal following a recommendation by a trusted friend. The day I presented to Sharon I felt like I was in a heavy fog as I fumbled with a serious decision that I needed to make. I was also burdened by an intuitive feeling the low energy I was experiencing, was threatening my health and wellbeing. The over-whelming feeling I had was that I was living the wrong life.
With Sharon’s help, I saw clearly, what I had not managed to see until that day. I had been running furiously in the wrong direction for so long that I had lost sight of the road that I really wanted to travel. As I moved along this other path, I felt unhappy and disgruntled with almost every aspect of my life. My energy was low and I felt illness looming. The realization that came to me in my first session with Sharon immediately lifted the fog that had caused me to lose my way. I almost physically felt the barriers fall down as my true path opened in front of me.
I know this to be my path, because every part of my being tells me so. It is almost as if I see the day for the first time in a long time. Not only do I see my way, I have become more aware of my surroundings. I am also happier and have infinitely more to offer my family. No change in a person’s life happens without an internal longing for change. In my case, I was aware of the need to change but I was incapable of bringing it to fruition on my own. Sharon’s spiritual guidance unlocked what was locked and I am invigorated by the new energy I have for my life. I am extremely grateful to her.

I met Sharon for the first time in Israel at a R.E.S.E.T workshop I went to with my mom. I was so impressed by Sharon’s knowledge and kind-welcoming personality, that when I decided to travel to N.Z and Australia for a few months, meeting Sharon for a personal healing process became the main goal.

After a few treatments, I have changed my travel plans in order to stay with the Sharon’s program for as long as possible in order to deal with as much subjects as we could.

With a professional, loving and protective approach Sharon has reached more efficiently and deeply to the core of my problems then any other therapist I have known (and there were more then a few in my life).

My whole life have changed to the better by dealing with issues truthfully and actually listening to my soul for the first time ever.

We have covered all we could in treatments, Reiki monthly nights and weekly group meditations: food allergies I have been suffering from since I remember myself are gone now, vitamins I didn’t know I need to take are making me stronger and healthier, I have met my spiritual guides through the treatments and wonderful weekly meditation – and a whole spiritual beautiful world has been opened to me, my walk and body position are stronger, my meridians and chakras are balanced now, and wrong repeating patterns of myself from years and years have been replaced by a loving and happier approach for life and myself. I have been lucky to receive the Reiki Saichem energy that makes my basic Reiki 2 energy stronger and filled with a more soft-loving power, learning how to be a therapist by knowing how to balance giving and taking energy and meeting the American-Indian animals that make my totem was an amazing process.

I feel that the whole world is open for me now, and that I have the power to look at myself and everyone or everything with love -
That makes me a better person with a cleaner lighter soul in me.

I am thankful for being lucky enough to get to Sharon’s center in Melbourne and receive a once in a life time chance to wake up and clear all that is ready to be cleared in my life.

After being diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome 20 years ago, my search for healing introduced me to many and varied natural therapists. Health improvement had been progressive but slow and so I despaired of ever ridding myself of my physical depression.
Eventually I was introduced to Sharon Tal a Kinergetics practitioner. Sharon likened my health issues to mysteries which needed to be uncovered and resolved, and during this process she discovered that I had “lost my spirit”. Sharon was able to tell me at what time of my life this had happened.
Within minutes Sharon was able to integrate my spirit back into my body. After a few days I noticed that the heaviness that I had been dragging around for years had completely left me, and I was feeling like my old self again. Over the next few weeks improvement continued as my body adjusted to the changing energy levels.

I went to see Sharon suffering extreme food allergies. Wheat, yeast, sugar, milk, gluten and corn were among the problem-causing foods. They would severely affect my stomach, causing bloating, gas, and diarrhea, and I was frequently tired. Sharon helped me to clear the emotional problems that were underlying my allergies.
Even after one session, I improved, and I was able to re-introduce the foods I had been avoiding. After four sessions, I was a new woman- My stomach problems ceased. I had a lot of energy, Eating became more enjoyable. Because of Sharon’s work, I feel that my quality of life has improved, and I am a lot happier.

I would like to say thank you to you in writing, as a way of a testimonial. When I first visited your practice, I was very distressed. In the past few years, I had suffered the loss of my husband through a tragic accident, the loss of my mother 6 weeks later, and at the same time my father had been diagnosed with severe dementia and was put in acute care.
I had been made redundant from my job and had to find new employment. I had lost my past, my present my future in a very short time. I then met and became involved in a relationship that became very addictive where I played the victim. To help me cope with all this things I started to phone the psychic line.

By the time, I came to see you I was in a very distressed state, as the person I became attached to have to detach from me and no longer wanted to see me. I was distressed and emotional. I recognized the problem, but did not have the tools to deal with it.
